Forget about the nutrient absent oils and filler after filler......WTH is “vegan natural flavours?” (IE: Man made chemicals that happen to not be derived from animals) We have two ingredients that aren’t even safe for consumption.

That’s ok, no one reads the fine print ingredients (or will ever research what the hell this crap is) anyway 🥴

* Tricalcium Phosphate is a man made salt chemical (likely used as a stabilizer)

* Konjac Gum is a thickener and is currently NOT generally recognized as safe to consume by the FDA.

Cheese is a great source of calcium, fat, and protein. It also contains high amounts of vitamins A and B-12, along with zinc, phosphorus, and riboflavin. Cheese made from the milk of 100 percent grass-fed animals, is the highest in nutrients and also contains omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin K-2

To make cheese yourself, you need some cloth materials, a curdling agent like lemon juice, and some (preferably) non pasteurized milk. If you’re less ambitious, purchasing some high quality cheese is the way to go.
